Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership

The online Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree (BAOL) was designed to work with prior collegiate-level coursework to enable students the opportunity for advancement and/or provide the necessary skills for a supervisory position. The BAOL degree focuses on the "human side" of leadership and includes 45 hours of upper division coursework in four areas: leadership, communication, professional environment and an area of concentration.

The degree requires 120 semester hours for graduation:

• 45 hours (15 courses) in the major core – Delivered online
  
• 40 hours in general education – Available online
  
• 35 hours of electives

Students can begin the online program in any semester (fall, spring or summer) on a full or part-time basis. Students needing only the core curriculum can complete it in as little as 18 months by taking four courses (12 hours) each semester. Students needing additional hours in the general studies or elective areas may complete them concurrent to enrollment in the core curriculum, but the length of time to complete the program will depend on prior college work.
